Volleyball league to start this weekend (Photo gallery) PDF Print E-mail

The BVI Amateur Volleyball Association hosted a "VolleyballRama" Championship last weekend at the Multi-purpose Sports Complex.

The winner of the event was Foolishness led by Tyalia Nibbs, which defeated Velocity led by Drexel Glasgow.

The final scores were 25-9, 17-25 and 26-24.

The event was open to players of all skill levels who were interested in playing the sport.

The BVIAVA’s 2013 BVIAVA Power League is slated for this weekend also at the Multi-purpose Sports Complex at 5 p.m.

All Teams are asked to be at the complex at 4 p.m. in full uniforms for the March Past.

Admission is $3.

Teams who have not paid their registration fees of $250 are asked to do so prior to the opening of this year's league.
